Amazing experience, I'm not from the las cruces area, but this had to be the best taco bell I ever been too. I came in through the drive thru, and the employee was super nice and very attentive, then got up to the window and the beautiful girl was even nicer.
Got my food it was hot and never seen it so clean and packaged nicely.

worker was rude, had this ugly attitude the whole time we were ordering. my girlfriend got two tacos which had very little meat. not even a thin layer, just a tiny bit in the middle. food tasted rubbery and old as well. she broke apart the taco just to really see how little meat there was in there.
Customer service was crap. The girl just put the tray down and walked away. Very rude. And the inside was so dirty. Food crumbs some tables and other tables were dusty. Floor was not swept or mopped. Dead cockroachs on the floor. Would not recommend eating at this location.

I was very disappointed in my meal here. To order you have to use the kiosk. The employees will not take your order. After looking at the posted menu on the wall I decided what I wanted to order. It wasn't available to order through the kiosk.so I got something else. The chalupa combo I believe. It was so gross. The chalupa was hard and dried out and I couldn't even bite through it. The pink sauce on it was gross too. It tasted like Big Mac sauce. Then there were the homeless and tweakers coming in and using the soda fountain like it is free. Just bring in your own cup and go to the fountain and get whatever you want. It was gross. I wouldn't come back here and I don't recommend coming here..

I frequently buy the chicken quesadillas here and usually they are not cut all the way through. Tonight I thought I'd tell the clerk who waited on me to please tell the quesadilla person to cut the pieces on my three quesadillas all the way through. The "person" heard what I was saying and I saw him peek around the corner and look at me. When my order was ready, I took it home and when we sat down to eat at home, all my quesadillas had all the chicken lumped in the middle and were whole, not even cut into pieces!! The guy who prepared them and overheard me ask to please cut them all the way through and decided to spite me, lump all the chicken in the middle and not even cut them!! This is so petty and I was so angry that I am not going to go to this particular location again. I'm paying for a product that's being sold and it wasn't even prepared the way it's supposed to be prepared?! Why should I even have to ask, or even say "please?"
