I spent over $22 and it looked like they were trying to conserve the meat they put on my items. Not something I've experienced with Taco Bell in any other state. I'll just go to a real Mexican restaurant next time the cravings strike.

Removing interaction with a person has not made customer service better just non-existent. Less employees has not translated to lower or same prices. Taco Bell used to be a once or twice a week meal. Now it's maybe once a month.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I was acknowledged entering the restaurant. I witnessed several people who needed help ordering on the kiosk and they were helpful and kind helping them. Las Cruces needs more people like this. Good customer service skills are hard to come by. Thank you to the team at the Taco Bell on El Paseo for the outstanding customer service I witnessed today. ?
