Worst experience ever! Never going back! The drive thru cashier has the worst hearing. Can get order right no matter how many times I repeat. Same goes for the steamer, doesn't know how to prepare cooked food. I hope they get fired!!!!

I don't have this issue at the other tacobell locations, just this one. I will ask for ground beef instead of chicken fajitas. Everything looks good on the screen. When I get my food the order is always wrong. They did not make the correct substitution. If you want your order to come out correct, don't come to this location they will get it wrong.

We ordered the new cantina chicken menu items. They forgot our sauces we paid extra for. The chicken cantina taco and chicken cantina burrito had barely any meat or fillings in them. Basically it was just tortilla. Very disappointed because I was so excited for this new menu

We drove through for a taco pack and had possibly the best customer service we've had at any restaurant in a long time. Kaysea put the humanity back into ordering at the drive thru. It was nice to experience that again!

We hadn't been here for quite awhile and we will not be coming back anytime soon the prices are outrageous and the food is mediocre they gave me all the same size burritos and one was supposed to be a grande and the party pack of tacos crunchy all fell apart when they were unwrapped have a nice day total waste of time and money?

Over place is good but if I'm going to pay $1 for extra sour cream and extra cheese for each then I expect Xtra they cheap you out and give you the original amount every time...and they focus more on the drive thru orders than when customers actually use their kiosk and then wait 10 mins for just two drinks mind you just small happy hour drinks...
