The food took awhile, but we had a large order. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. And I observed other staff taking their job cleaning the dining area seriously.

All of our drinks were bad, they need to check their syrup bags or the carbonation. Also forgot half of my order, just a hot mess this wasn’t even at a busy time.

Horrendous, avoid at all costs. Velma could not possibly run a worse restaurant. She is rude to customers, ignorant, and inept. She made me and roughly 4 other customers wait almost 10 minutes for drinks while our food was getting cold. Worse, when I asked for a refill on my coffee she became annoyed and ignored me completely. Thank God for Tim and Leandro who understand that the customer comes first. They handled the situation while Velma still ignored me entirely. How she is a manager is beyond me, and corporate should investigate immediately.

Service was ridiculous! I saw our order sit there for 15 minutes before we received it, then it was missing the Big Mac. Went back to tell them and waited about 10 minutes before returning to my table so that I could try to eat my food before it got colder than it already was, then after yet another 10 minutes she walks out with the whole order remade. I tell her ma’am all we were missing was the Big Mac and y’all remade the whole order. She then takes it to another table, they are looking at her like “she just told you that was hers” I tell her again “That was ours but all we needed was the Big Mac.” She said “oh ok sorry we will get you one.” At that point I said forget it and we left. What should have been a quick stop ended up taking over an hour. We should have stopped at a nice restaurant if it was going to take that long. Sad part is, it wasn’t even busy. I’m afraid of what’s going to happen at the lunch rush.

The manager did not know what she was doing, the staff was confused and I had to wait 35 minutes for my order, very disorganized, felt bad for employees, customers were upset with them.

took grandson to eat. waited 20 minutes for our food. had to ask them about our food twice. their excuse is that they were waiting on a chicken sandwich. then they didn't give us a milk that we had ordered. gave my grandson the wrong sauce for his chicken nuggets,employees just standing around talking. Worse service at McDonald's that I have ever had.

Rude service in drive thru, shorted me one hashbrown, Frappe machine broken, had to pull over to side and wait for order. Usually the staff is friendly, but today must have been an off day because they were very rude.
