Well, McDonald's is McDonald's. After covid continue to mess up and apologize. I've been hearing sorry since COVID so it doesn't impress me anymore. Give me a free $5 bill. Give me a free biscuit. Give me something free. That'll make me know that you're sorry. The word sorry means nothing to me anymore.

Zero or negative points should also be an options, especially for places like these or seems like computer programers forgot how to program. 1) Female at counter was ugly. I asked her how she was doing, she replied how may I help you. I asked for the big breakfast. 2) Next I know my order comes in a too go bag. I told the server (another female who wore a face mask to hide her identity), I did not order a togo bag because I was inside the restaurant. 3) Suddenly she realised she had not put my hash brown with my order ( because I was going to check my order inside the restaurant) thief 4) Man server, when another customer asked for ketchup packets I said for me too. Instead of getting for both ketchup packets. He took way longer to get me mine. 5) No water in the self serve drink fountain - Then boil water and provide water. This is worst experience at a fast food restaurant is shameful. They don't care for customer.

This is my 2nd time here the first time all my food got double fried and was disgusting 2nd time my mcChicken‘s double cooked, The chicken patties were hard with an absurd amount of mayonnaise, quarter pounder dry and hard to eat. Ordered 3 strawberry cream pies only got 2. This place sucks and you can tell in the workers face when you talk to them that hate it there to. Someone should just shut this place down for good because this is definitely in the top 3 worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Sat at drive thru for more than 15 mins and nothing happening. Had to leave and go somewhere else
Ok. I've never been to a McDonald's that refused to sell me fries and a coke before 10:30. My choices, orange juice, apple juice, coffee. The apple juice came w/o ice; a child's sippy cup. I then placed a small order, a number 4 with sauce – burritos and hash brown. They got that order wrong. Didn't ask if I wanted sauce. No ketchup. No napkins. And, somewhat of a wait. Nope. Breaking Up with this McDonald's location. Ohhhhh! Wait!! I really wanted a Caramel Frappè. Not getting that either, prompting me to say, "I'm exhausted. WHAT CAN I HAVE?" Anything else. Look around! A sign advertised that the frappe was back and you better bet your bagel on it! Advertising in back stated frappe was still MIA. Such confusion over these elusive frappe's. One day, McDonald's, we'll hit it off. I was hangry.
