Exceptional enchiladas! And that's saying something in New Mexico!
We enjoyed the food prepared by the Prairie Hill Cafe for all but one of the nights we stayed at this hotel. The food was amazingly delicious with great portion sizes. We all loved eating and hanging out in the friendly bar. We also got to enjoy lunch and coffee provided by the cafe, which was an amazing treat each day!! Can’t wait to return to this gem!!
Amazing food and amazing people! Our group Helping Paws Across Borders hosted a clinic in the area and the staff supply us with lunch and coffee each day! Such wonderful food!!!
