We needed some jalapenos and she was courteous enough to stop what she was doing and help us out. One of the best stores that I've went to in my travels across the country. Courteous with a smile.“

“I stopped in because it smelled so good as I was shopping. There was a bit of a long line. I noticed there was only 1 person working. She was efficient and was polite/professional with each of the customers. I don't know what issues there are with staffing, but a manager should never leave 1 person to do it all - the manager should be right there to help! I asked the young lady what her name was and she said it was Ramona. Give this young lady a raise and a promotion! That is not easy work - even more challenging to do it alone and with a smile!“

“My husband and I arrived a little after 8 AM and were welcomed immediately by a smiling gentleman named Santos. He asked what bread we'd like and we both answered flatbread. He said I don't have any out but if you don't mind waiting just a couple of minutes I can get you some. Now most people reading will be thinking what's so special about that, it's part of his job. I'll let you know that many places will simply claim to not have any to avoid going in the back for literally anything so him offering us what we wanted in a polite and friendly manner with no eye roll or over dramatic sigh you'd get from a lot of people is a huge rarity. We ordered our sandwiches and my husband got double met on his and he took the time to arrange it in a way where it would cook evenly while being toasted. We've been to countless Subways and we honestly have never had that done. Sometimes it's the little things like attention to detail and genuine politeness that can go a long way. You've got an excellent employee on your hands.“
