“Great little place for a vegan meal. This place has been shut down by the city of Las Vegas for some unknown reason. I just hope they find a place that will accept this fine food. Good luck. I will miss your Zin and unicorn meals ? ? ✌️“

“I was kind of disappointed wi you noth this visit. $15 plus tip, waited 15 minutes for a simple chicken rice bowl that showed up to me lukewarm. I was going to ask the staff if they could pop my order back into the microwave, but it was served to me in a to-go container. so I sat inside the lobby of the El Fidel ate my lukewarm rice through my trash and left. I have had that same order before and it was served to me at a decent temperature I don't know if they have new stuff but unfortunately this round really was not delicious as I had first thought.“

“Stopped in for a bite to eat while passing through. I ordered the navajo taco (never had one before). We were told when we got there that they were short-staffed and that it would take a little while for our food. There were also signs posted everywhere stating the same thing. It was very clean inside. I will say, the atmosphere is religious.....angels EVERYWHERE and bible scriptures everywhere you look. Typically not a fan of that atmosphere while i am trying to have lunch. However, i did not feel judgement from anybody who worked there. We got our food after about 45 minutes to an hour (if you want quick service, this may not be the best choice for you). My mom had ordered a meal (pork chop and egg dish... can't remember what it was called) that came with a sopapilla and the waitress said she would be back with honey for it. We never got the honey. Not the end of the world, but honey would have been wonderful to have had. My navajo taco was excellent! I had half and half mild and hot green chili. The hot was indeed quite hot but still flavorful.Overall, i think this restaurant is cute. They are severely understaffed, and therefore slow to get food out. If you are in a rush, Don't pick this restaurant. But if you are wanting to try some authentic and good new mexican food and are willing to wait, this is a good pick. The religious atmosphere is wonky but as i said, i felt no judgement.“
