Food Trucks near Los Alamos

“The dishes are quite good. The idea that you can order something other than “New Mexican” or, so called, Mexican cuisine is a wonderful treat. The restaurants in Los Alamos cater to the lunch- time crowd. That said, the food truck (really a trailer) offers Choice for lunch or dinner. HOWEVER, the generator that powers the kitchen is obnoxiously loud. Measured at 74 dB by the customer side. THAT should be remedied sooner than later. No excuses. I’d offer a 4.3 but no decimal is available.“
