I absolutely adore Minnie's bakery! She is so, so sweet and kind and her baked goods are always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. To preface -- I love bread and dessert -- I grew up eating a LOT of Asian bread in the California bay area and in Taiwan, and everything we've ordered from Minnie has been on par, or even better, than any of the bakeries I've been to. The Nutella spiral cake and the milk bread were both excellent! Both were of much higher quality than what we have gotten from larger bakeries. minnie bakery is definitely worth a try, we will be back for sure.

I've been order from her for years - the best baker in Los Alamos, everything she makes is great and she has a wide breadth of options. Can't go wrong with anything she makes. The city is lucky to have her.
