Ruby K's offers delicious breakfast and lunch items. I place large takeout orders for work and it's consistently delicious! They are almost always super busy, but the staff are very helpful. One of their staff members helped me take my very large order out to my car, without my asking him. I feel this restaurant is one of Los Alamos treasures?
It has the best bagels in all of New Mexico! Pretty cheap, you can get bags that are older for cheaper too! I love this place with all my heart, Please don't close, you're my favorite local business here in town.

The best. Bagel. Ever. My family lived in Los Alamos in 04-07, and Ruby K was our weekly Saturday breakfast place. Visited Los Alamos every few years since then, and I made sure I ate my fill of Ruby K before flying back home. The up-and-atom is the best. The four-cheese panini is out of this world. The Bavarian chocolate coffee is amazing. Shocked to hear that the owner is retiring. Hope she finds a buyer to carry on this amazing tradition.
