I like the place but sometimes I'm waiting for my food and my friend who works their told me that they see a couple of the severs have food ready but they are waiting to collect more tickets before they run the food out. So they are making me waste my valuable time

I have gone by a couple of times recently and have literally not even been able to order as they cancel the call button over and over when they get overwhelmed. This makes it so new people just pulling up parking get in the queue to order ahead of people who have been waiting.

I placed an online order and when I arrived nobody was available to help. The 2 employees that were there didn't know how to make any food or drinks. They called the manager to get translation help to speak to me and I was told she would be there in 20ish minutes. Now I had to get to work and there is an online order I wasn't able to get. Then I tried to call the store with the phone number shown on the receipt and it is disconnected. Does no good publishing an invalid phone number.
Service is terrible now due to low staff and the new manager that now runs the place. You food takes more than hour just to come to your car. I honestly recommend just going to the McDonald’s just down the road.

Food is okay there. I like that they offer the full menu all day.However, the drive up parking slots are never open at the Sonic in the middle of Espanola. I always have to go through the drive-thru, which in my opinion takes way too long and takes away the funnest and most convenient experience from eating at Sonic. Which is parking, ordering your food, having your food delivered to your car, and enjoying your food with your family or friends in the comfort of your vehicle. It seems like the Sonics in Espanola are never open in the morning when they are supposed to be, which can be inconvenient.Parking: Most of the time the parking spaces are closed and you have to go through the drive-thru which is pretty disappointing.
