OVERALL Drylands in Lovington is unlike any other place in this small town or the entire county for that matter. Drylands are defined by a scarcity of water. Drylands are zones where precipitation is balanced by evaporation from surfaces and by transpiration by plants. And at Drylands Brewing company, you don't need water. You can survive on the beer alone. I used to think that the best thing about Lovington NM was Hobbs. Very nice microbrewery period pretty much the only bar in town period only drawback is they are extremely proud of their food and drink period I tried several of the beers, they were okay, pretty much all variations on the same theme though. The stout and the cider make a very good snake bite
