Not really much for service since its more self service in most ways other than them getting your food and drink at the counters. Nothing much about service. Food is ok, but expensive. Food could be better in some ways. The atmosphere is more of a mall and is loud when its busy,
The layout is a little chaotic. The front where you arrive is also where all of the servers are running food. It's loud but it's in a casino so that was somewhat expected. Service was very slow, we waited over 20 minutes before ordering and about that before getting our appetizers. The elk skewers were very good as was my filet. My husband's NY strip was thinly cut and over his preference. We didn't send it back because it had taken so long to get in the first place. The sauce...read full review
Wonderful birthday dinner! The live guitar by Gerardo created the perfect atmosphere. Clean restaurant, delicious steaks and tortilla soup, and a complimentary birthday dessert. Excellent, attentive service and a top-notch manager, Carter. Try the chocolate and French Kiss Martinis!!
