The atmosphere was great, I frequent Palacios when I come into town, However, I must say the bartender Joe, Joey, or whatever his name is the bald hateful utmost rude bartender I have ever encountered. My husband asked for a drink twice he proceeded to ignore us, when I finally asked he replied with, “there’s another bartender down there” and ignored us. Granted we were with a group of 15 people he could have been tipped very well, his behavior blew it. Horrible service...read full review
