As a bartender and manager in Nashville with several years of experience, I can confidently say the service here was top-notch. Even though the bar was extremely busy, Justin provided excellent service and made our drinks incredibly fast without compromising quality. Justin’s speed, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Palacio is lucky to have someone of Justin’s caliber behind the bar—I was thoroughly impressed.

I’m a regular here and Justin is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. He always remembers me, makes the best drinks, and is super attentive and friendly every single time. He’s fast, consistent, and creates such a great vibe behind the bar. Never once had a bad experience with him highly recommend grabbing a drink from Justin if you come in

I recently visited Palacios after about 18 years. I used to frequen this bar in my early 20s. Can I just say that the atmosphere is amazingly the same!! The diversity in ages in just amazing. everyone is always having a great time. Some places change over time, this place has just gotten better! I will be stopping in everytime Im in town!!!
