“We ended our weekend away with lunch at NOSA Restaurant and Inn . Wow! If you haven't been, GO! One of the best meals I have ever had. Next time we will stay there to experience dinner and lunch!!”

On a weekend, reservations are required weeks in advance. The bar area that accepts walk-ins is tiny. They seem understaffed with every team member stretched too thin. Our green chile cheeseburgers came out without cheese but they kindly remade them. The burger seemed bland itself and relied on the green chiles to carry the flavor. The chilies were a tad spicy for me. The sweet potato fries, homemade ranch, and guacamole were delicious. Options are so limited if you’re going to be at the hot springs for a while (and why wouldn’t you want to be) but for what it is I’d eat there again.”

“Great stop between Taos and Santa Fe. Scenic and has a variety of great ciders. When we stopped by, there was also live music, and the people there were really nice.”
