“Going East or West near I-40 is a small cafe called the Burger Barn. Today - it was my first time trying it. I ordered the Tortilla Burger. OMG. It was so delicious!! I had green chile on my burger. It's no wonder my nephew who lives all the way in Alaska; ALWAYS asks his Mom to order him food from this place before she leaves go back to Alaska. ? Now, I know why!!

The people are very nice and the atmosphere is just as Nice.? PLEASE stop in and get something to eat. They also have a breakfast menu and serve lunch/dinner. You can also call ahead and place your order. The menu is online.

“Very slow to take our order and cook it up when their dining area was busy. It took a half hour to get 2 burgers, which were very good and obviously homemade, but it delayed our roadtrip. They clearly have local customers who do carry out, which adds to their demand on a 2 person staff. Fries were homemade but cooked too long before served, so they were cool.“
