Got 2 large pizzas and they were exceptionally delicious and it’s very good homeade crust! We also got the chicken dish and the Chile burger, my side salad was so fresh with great homeade ginger house dressing and the focaccia bread with olive oil was also very great! I am a bread maker myself and the burger buns and the focaccia were very well made! I love everything about this place. I even make a day of it and drive the two hours from Santa Fe to enjoy a meal. Every item on the menu is superb. It's obvious the love and care taken with their menu. Everything from scratch and a grilled cheese to dream about. 5 stars, easy!

Best meal we ate in the Taos and Santa Fe area! We drove to Penasco to check things out and stopped at Sugar Nymphs Bistro. The Hungarian mushroom soup was absolutely decadent. My wife and I shared the grill cheese that was on focaccia and loaded with caramelized onions, green chiles, and mushrooms. Plenty of food for two people to share. Our family shared carrot cake and the triple layer chocolate cake. Everything was absolutely delicious and worth the drive. Highly recommend!
