SugarNymphs Bistro Reviews
❤️❤️❤️ this place. Come every single time I’m in Taos. Best carrot cake on the planet! Locally sourced, delicious and friend staff. I’ll be back again!
I recommend everything I ordered on my first and (so far) only lunch at Sugar Nymphs: grilled cheese on focaccia with caramelized onions and green chile and several other delicious things, best tomato bisque I've ever had, gingerade, unrivaled carrot cake. It will be difficult not to order exactly that again, next time, but I want to try everything.
Best quiche I’ve ever had!!! ☺️👍💕 Highly recommend stopping by.

SugarNymphs Bistro is a charming and creative restaurant known for its delicious and unique food. The cozy and artistic atmosphere makes it a great spot for families and travelers alike. The bistro offers a variety of tasty dishes, including salads, burgers, and the famous grilled cheese with soup. Special mention goes to the mushroom burger and the black bean burger, both highly praised for their flavor. The menu also features standout items like green chili Alfredo and Hungarian Mushroom soup. For dessert, the homemade carrot cake and dark chocolate black walnut bundt cake are highly recommended, with the carrot cake being especially popular. The restaurant provides fun touches such as drawing paper and crayons for kids, adding to its family-friendly vibe. The ingredients used are top-notch, contributing to the overall quality of the meals. Service is friendly, though sometimes a bit slow, reflecting the relaxed pace of a rural setting. A few minor issues, like a mistaken drink order, did not detract from the enjoyable experience. Overall, SugarNymphs Bistro is a great stop for creative, delicious food in a welcoming environment, especially appealing to those traveling through northern New Mexico.
