“Best meal we ate in the Taos and Santa Fe area! We drove to Penasco to check things out and stopped at Sugar Nymphs Bistro. The Hungarian mushroom soup was absolutely decadent. My wife and I shared the grill cheese that was on focaccia and loaded with caramelized onions, green chiles, and mushrooms. Plenty of food for two people to share. Our family shared carrot cake and the triple layer chocolate cake. Everything was absolutely delicious and worth the drive. Highly recommend!“
