“I ordered a reg green chile cheese hamburger, onion rings, chocolate shake. Onion rings batter was great but the onion was like a piece of paper. Everything else was amazing. That was the most chocolate shake I've ever had. So much delicious flavor. Hamburger was great but put together upside down with the lettuce and tomatoes on the bottom.“
“Ordering through the app saves time and is so convenient! You place your order, pay, and are able to pick the time you would like to pick your item up. My blue coconut, sweet cream sprite was delicious. They used to call them blue boys back in the day.“
“went in around 3-4 the employees working deserve a raise or something because it was fr a 10/10. everything was fresh, the fries, the burger, the bun. & it was fast. they need an incentive to stay there because they are what’s going to make ppl keep going back.“
“Just awesome! I got there and made my order on the screen. I grab a number as it says to wait for my food but I never do that, I go and was my hands meanwhile and when I am back, I see the try with my order exactly where I drop the number. This maybe sounds silly, but I do not remember when was the last time this happened, I always have to collect it at the cashier. I start eating my burger and a wonderful lady gives to my daughter a set of colors and a drawing. Never happened this at McDonald’s. Then, she asks my daughters name and she writes it in Japanese. Regan I think was the name of the waitress. Please, keep doing like that and never change that positive attitude.“
“Regardless of how the food taste. I am a consumer that customer service really does it for me. It was all great until i was done eating and I go to the little order window to tell the lady there that the burger was Soo good!! As I was putting on some hand sanitizer this lady that possibly thought I left mocks me saying "it was Soo good Soo so good" that's exactly what I said. And the young girl that appeared to be closer to the grill just starts laughing. What a slap in the face! Coming from a big city with so many options of where to eat to this town where a good restaurant is soooo hard to find. You think you found one and you get service like this!! Needless to say it was good but I'll keep my money! So much for small town friendliness!! Something you won't find in Clovis or portales!! Shame on you lady!!“
