“Fresh flowers. Gluten-free options. Don’t be afraid of the line. They work quickly. They make their own bone broth. Fresh salads. Amazing gluten free bread and sourdough. They even have a blue corn bread. Salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. A nice break from all the cheese I have been eating ay other places;). Fresh. Delicious. We went two times while in Taos. It’s the way I would like to eat every day of my life.“

“The Coffee Apothecary in Taos sits on Paseo del Pueblo Sur, a small place, unpretentious, with Eiffel chairs and a clean, bright air. The beans, roasted in-house, carry the high desert’s truth—ethically sourced, full-bodied, smooth as the Rio Grande’s flow. You order a mocha, sweet and soothing, or an espresso, sharp and true, and it comes with a quiet care, the baristas moving like they know the weight of a good cup. The vibe is Taos itself—old meeting new, a warm nook where locals and wanderers sit, talk, or think in silence. Pastries, baked by Pablo Flores’ mother, are simple, honest, and good. You sip, you stay, you feel the community’s pulse. Five stars, for it is a place that does not compromise, and you leave better than you came.“

“Delicious food! French onion soup, Rueben sandwich, onion rings. Green Chile fries, quesadilla, enchiladas… all excellent.
Service was good, waitress was a bit aloof and condescending, which was a surprise. We’ve always had very friendly people in restaurants in Taos. Regardless, we will definitely be back.“
