We have been here several times and love everything we have tried! The huevos rancheros are the best!
Great food can be found anywhere. Today I’m at The Oasis Restaurant in Raton NM and I’m having their version of a Chile burger. Two open face burgers smother in a red Chile with beef and beans.
The burgers were delicious, very well seasoned with a nice crust on the surface. The red Chile was tasty as hell, it had some good bite to it and the beans and beef crumples in the chile added a little extra ummmph.

Great restaurant, delightful servers, the food was outstanding. Proud to eat at the Oasis, Restaurant. Our first time. Randy and I both enjoyed our entire meal from start to finish. Our server was so kind and caring. Very patient, with us while selecting what we had for lunch. We definitely recommend this fine restaurant. Thank you for your awesome food and atmosphere.
