It's been several trips to Red River since I've eaten at Sundance. From now on it will be in our routine for every trip. Food was great! ( quantity was such I took a
"to go box"for lunch today). Prices were home town pricing and not resort. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was Celi. She was busy but attentive to us . Great smile btw! We saw lots of locals eating there the night we did. That speaks volumes.

We eat here every time we visit Red River. Food has always been good and the service is as well. I try something different each time.
Surprisingly great New Mexican food in Red River! Our server Sarah was awesome and great food. Will be back

Sundance Mexican Restaurant is a beloved, locally owned establishment that has been serving traditional Northern New Mexican dishes since the 1970s. The salsa may be on the milder side, but adding some salt and pepper can easily enhance the flavors. The Fiesta salad is plentiful and flavorful, while the sopapillas at the end are complimentary and delicious. The red chili sopapias are great! The menu offers a variety of tasty dishes. The restaurant is nicely decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing wonderful service even for larger groups. Food was great and no one had a complaint. The restaurant continues to be an excellent place, with the Stuffed Sopapilla and Carne Adovada Specials being highly recommended, accompanied by fresh, hot sopapillas. The Agave Wine margaritas are also a must-try.
