“My second dinner in two weeks as in town visiting family. The food is delicious! My first meal was a salad with grilled chicken / the chicken was perfect and the dressing was homemade very flavorful. My grandson got a frozen mint lemonade- i took just a few sips - it was amazingly good. The owner went outside and picked fresh mint from the garden. Today I went back for all you can eat ribs. Lots of meat on those ribs, the sauce was just perfect it didn’t cover the taste of meat but added to it. Large servings. The service was great, the staff very friendly. We got a sampling of deserts to go. Everyone left with smiles. I rate the food 10/10. Fresh Home cooking at its finest. We will be back And it’s clear the locals enjoy as the place was busy on a Sunday afternoon.“
“I've been here before when passing through the area, and stopped again today for coffee but decided to stay for breakfast too. Great little small town cafe packed with that wonderful combination of colorful locals and interesting fellow travelers. Actually met a guy from Sun Prairie WI this morning. He lives just 10 miles from me. Ordered the corned-beef hash and eggs. Delicious! Clearly homemade and the best I've ever had. Nice job Ella's - I'll be back again!“
“I had the best turkey, avocado and cheese croissant for lunch with a side of potato salad the other day. The staff and owners are amazing very friendly, welcoming and professional. Service was awesome. The cafe has such a home feeling to it. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back. Definitely 5 stars!!!!“
