Was craving a shredded beef burrito and this did NOT disappoint 😘So savory so huge, the beans and cheese were heavenly , will definitely be back and often!!!!
The front lady was rude from the start. When I asked for the quesadilla plate, she told me it was plain cheese only. I then asked if it could be made as a carne asada quesadilla (which they sell separately on the menu), and she flat-out said no, with zero explanation or effort to help.
Food was mid at best, nothing worth dealing with the attitude and long wait times. Overall experience wasn’t good and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely love their food! The staff is super friendly and the environment is so clean!

Birria Estilo Zacatecas is a restaurant with 3 locations, and all are very different. At this location, the burrito birra with the salsa was fire. The shredded beef burrito was savory and huge, and the beans and cheese were heavenly. The Birria tacos are awesome and come with all the fixings (onion, cilantro, two salsas, limes). The flavor of the tacos and the consume is rich in Umami, an essential component in food. The consume, although it can be scalding hot, is great. When it comes to birria spots, they either get the tacos really tasty or the consume really tasty, never both, but this place does them both very well. Someone complained that 15 Dollars was too much for a plate of tacos, but they pack their tacos, which makes it worth the 15 dollars. Most food trucks would probably do 4 really whimpy tacos no cilantro or onion and charge you that much, but this even comes with a lime. The salsa is for seasoned chile connoisseurs, but it is already flavorful. The service is very friendly and the seating area was clean. The flavor is not salty or bland. This is a very nice addition to the Block, which just opened not long ago. This place is one of the best taco places around. The tacos are almost perfect. It is a nice environment.
