“This has taken a long time but these ladies were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had car problems and just a hard day in general but the sweet girls came out and helped us till our vehicle got started again. We were embarrassed but these girls sat with us and helped made us feel very welcome with the outmost loving personalities. I don’t remember the girls names this was a couple months ago but thank you. Plus our coffees were perfect.“

The barista who helped me was very personable and helpful. Wish I remembered her name. Think it was Angel or Angie. She ground up some beans for me.
She went out of her way to assist me. I’m old school and I like genuine customer service and that’s what she provided. Thank you.
I may come back here. As a general comment Starbucks as a company has gotten way too immersed in “technology”. Apps, pre- orders, etc. The company needs to refocus on actually engaging with customers like they are human beings, not some phone app or Amazon order.

“Always friendly. Replaced a turkey sandwich after I purchased it when I was getting out at my destination. The bottom of the bag just splits open, and the sandwich slipped out. I called explaining what happened, and they were very nice about it and said I could come by and get another at no charge.I figured out how that happened. The steam from the heated sandwich unglued the seam from the bottom of the bag. Have always gone to this Starbucks on Southern and Unser, and they have always been exceptionally nice.“
