“Hands down best Starbucks in town it’s a bit out of my way but always worth the drive! Not only is there coffee made to perfection but there customer services is superb they always make me feel very welcomed not all rude like other places in the morning like hey I gotta wake up too but you don’t see me grouchy! Maybe they should get all there training from these gales over here they know there coffee and they know customer service!“
“The people here at Starbucks are extremely friendly and quick to get orders out. I absolutely love the London Fogs and Pink Drinks. I’ve never been a coffee fan but they have so many selections for those who don’t like coffee. This Starbucks even stays open later than most Starbucks! “Rolled in about 7am with my gift card. One woman was working, and she was doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. She got everyone served in a timely manner. I got an Impossible breakfast sandwich, which was good despite being prefab. 5 bucks is a lot for it, I thought, but it was good. The Impossible patty smelled like real meat, which was kind of weird, but I ended up liking it. Everything looked very clean. I prefer Panera's coffee over Starbucks coffee, but I had a gift card from Starbucks, so what you gonna do?“
“I got another Impossible breakfast sandwich with my gift card. It's really good. The bread is toasted, not soggy. The egg and Impossible patty are hot. The cheese is melty. Really good. I appreciate this vegetarian option. Service was quick and friendly.“
“The atmosphere was amazing. They played Taylor swift and it really made my time in the store so enjoyable. Keep up the great service and love the Playlist :) I got a brown sugar shaken espresso, I believe the girls who made it was named asylim. She literally killed it. This is my fav drink and I can say with confidence this is the best it has ever been made. Absolute perfection.“
“We were on vacation in Santa Fe and stopped in the Smith store to get a Starbucks coffee. A young boy working in the Starbucks named Malik made us a fresh pot of coffee. He was very professional and super helpful. We appreciate his excellent customer service.“
“This was the third Starbucks I’d been to trying to get my free bday item (the first had a broken espresso machine and the second wasn’t “corporate” and couldn’t redeem my gift). They were slammed in the drive thru but still took the time to help me use the app for the first time and comped my drink when it turned out the bday freebie wasn’t showing up (because I’d just signed up). I SO appreciated that and wanted to thus leave them a good review. Thank you!“
“I go to this Starbucks a few times a week. Last Friday, the mid morning rush was crazy and someone blew up at the staff for the wait time and stormed out. The employees were helpful and kind to someone who was being incredibly rude. They are consistently efficient and professional. Please tip your baristas“
“Had an absolutely amazing visit as a guest. Upon authorization for payment I noticed one of the drinks was wrong due to miscommunication and the staff handled perfectly. My daughter was thankful that the staff upgraded the size and said that Barista Amanda made her the best Chai she’s ever tasted. Truly a phenomenal experience and created a wholesome memory.“
