Starbucks in Santa Fe

“Visited this store on June 9 around 1pm. The entire team was friendly and the service was quick. The highlight of this whole visit was Carlos. As we walked through the doors, he smiled and welcomed us. He genuinely seemed happy that we had stopped in. Then as we waited in line, we observed incredible patience and helpfulness from Carlos as the customer in front of us struggled with her app and order. We got our drinks with almost no wait at all. I had walked out to the patio and as my husband turned to leave, Carlos thanked my husband, by name, for coming in. Just wow! Thank you Carlos for creating an atmosphere that is so welcoming. Carlos, this 5 stars is for you!!“

“Julian was so great! I had a large order for my office, he was all smiles and sunshine through my scatterbrain ordering and making several specialty drinks.
I have never been to this location before but due to Julian's exceptional service, it will be my new coffee spot“

“In the past six months or so I have only had maybe 2 0r 3 coffees that were a little wrong, but by no means undrinkable. Human error should always be expected folks, so no big deal at all. But the awesome thing is these peeps have 100 percent on kindness and comfortable interactions!!!! It means so much to me because I have been knee deep in a very very hard spiritual awakening abd everywhere I ho no matter how much i smile or so politeness people are rude and and not friendly, so it means alot that these wonderful people are so kind, people should always remember to at least be a tad friendly because you never know what someone is going through. “Wonderfully comfortable from the staff, to the arrangement of the spacious counter for ordering to the pickup station. The flow of the dine in seating provides a safe, roomy place to meet up with professional service providers for your initial meet and greet.“

“Love the location of this fairly new Starbucks. It is much easier to get to than the old one, on the other side and down the street. This one is really an easy on/ off if you are traveling on I 25, and just need a break, Bonus: there is a gas station right here as well. It’s right on the street you have to turn on to get to the Starbucks.“

“I stop by every Sunday evening after work to grab a coffee for my long drive home. I choose this location specifically because of Stephanie the barista. She goes above and beyond, always offering great service with a smile. This store is lucky to have her! 10/10.“

“I've been through both the drive thru and inside. Its beautiful inside (weird thing to say about a corporate establishment but this starbies.. is so nice) and matches the adobe buildins in the area. The baristas are so nice and have been efficient in their work. The atmosphere and bathrooms are clean.“

“We were on vacation in Santa Fe and stopped in the Smith store to get a Starbucks coffee. A young boy working in the Starbucks named Malik made us a fresh pot of coffee. He was very professional and super helpful. We appreciate his excellent customer service.“

“I guess they have upped their game at that location. That's right on the corner of cerrillos road and zafrano. The last few times I've gone there, the service has been great. The coffee has been really good. This is a far cry from about a year ago or so when that place was crumbling and like their tea tasted like water and their espresso tasted like dirt so they have come a long way. I had a great Americano. I got a fantastic hazelnut latte with whipped cream and then I found some unground coffee beans From Sumatra at a fair price.“

“Great place, great atmosphere, service is ok, manager Jenny, it seems nice, but needs a little extra to have great customer sevice, the rest of the crew were quiet, no greetings. I believe they follow their leader, Jenny has a great smile, and I am sure that next time that I visit this location, she will be doing better,???, but overall a great place to visit and get a hot or cold ☕️, thank you Jenny ???“

“I have been coming to this specific location every day for the last 2 years because they make the best drinks. Most of the staff knows my name and they are all friendly and work hard to have my order ready when I get there, tho I am usually early. I can't say enough about the stellar cusyomer service.
