This was the third Starbucks I’d been to trying to get my free bday item (the first had a broken espresso machine and the second wasn’t “corporate” and couldn’t redeem my gift). They were slammed in the drive thru but still took the time to help me use the app for the first time and comped my drink when it turned out the bday freebie wasn’t showing up (because I’d just signed up). I SO appreciated that and wanted to thus leave them a good review. Thank you!
