Baristas here work very hard so I hate to complain but the order ahead needs to be turned off if they can’t keep up with orders…waited over 30 minutes for iced coffees. Got 1/2 my order and never got the second drink because I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait any longer. Manager was nice and gave me gift cards to cover my order so I really appreciate that. But yeah order ahead needs to be turned off in these situations and I’m sure Starbucks corporate probably discourages...read full review
I come here a lot since it’s so close to my office but today I ordered a pistachio latte 15 minutes before I arrived. I waited an additional 20 minutes after getting to the store to receive a totally plain unsweetened latte. I tried to call but there’s no answer at the store

I haven’t been here for perhaps a year, but they didn’t have my go to Iced Coffee, they ran out early today. Bummer!The staff were friendly, though the place wasn’t the cleanest. Yeah, 4 stars.
