This is not a cafe. It is a fast food chain. Have not been inside this place. Always check your drink orders. I just paid ten bucks for a cup of coffee with milk in it. I am allergic to cow milk. Yes, we ordered black coffee. The staff at the drive up are okay. Coffee is good. Have had other yummy cold drinks. Food leaves much to be desired.
The coffee is horrible but the service is always amazing!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place with a great atmosphere to get a hot or cold coffee. A trip to Starbucks is essential for many, offering quick and delicious items like Frappuccinos, potato bites, and Pumpkin Spice lattes. The service is okay, with some staff members being extremely nice, helpful, and kind, working magic and hustling to get things done. These employees can make a rough morning better and deserve the best.
However, the location needs serious help and appears to be way understaffed, which is not the staff's fault. This can lead to long wait times, with customers waiting over half an hour, making some late to work. This has been described as the worst Starbucks experience by some. While certain managers have a great smile and seem nice, they sometimes need to provide better customer service. There are observations of managers not helping and instead making small talk about unrelated topics while customers wait unattended. Other crew members can be quiet, offering no greetings, and some employees may not be pitching in to help, with only a few working during busy times.
The interior design has also changed, with the removal of beloved industrial wall art that had the flare of Santa Fe, which many customers found devastating. The new design is seen as uninviting, resembling furniture from other stores, and not conducive for visiting with friends or working. Overall, it remains a great place to visit, but higher-ups really need to help this location improve its efficiency and service consistency.
