I rarely rate fast food restaurants because the expectations are so low but after having a bad experience going inside to order, I was given a handwritten credit by a female employee. Of course the location would not honor it 3 weeks later when presented with it because they (all guys working the drive-thru) claim they didn't recognize the employee's initials. After having come to this location since it opened many years ago won't be coming back. Too bad there's no Taco Cabanas...read full review
