It's really gone downhill lately.1) Apathetic staff (maybe 1 bad apple, but it's the young lady with face piercings, she was not nice to our family).2) Terrible shot pulling. Drinks were very bitter. I haven't poured out my coffee in years.3) Not the first incident. I have waited over a half hour for a cold brew in the lobby. Others waited longer. Staff stacked up mobile orders for people who weren't there! I walked out.Note to manager:1) Retrain your staff or place apathetic eployee on PIP. Apathy for customers should not be tolerated.2) Prioritize in-house over mobile orders (stagger lobby drinks in front of them)3) Put your experienced baristas on bar during rush. Certify for bar. Bar needs to be earned and shot quality must be consistent.Fix your store please.

I haven’t been here for perhaps a year, but they didn’t have my go to Iced Coffee, they ran out early today. Bummer!The staff were friendly, though the place wasn’t the cleanest. Yeah, 4 stars.

Baristas here work very hard so I hate to complain but the order ahead needs to be turned off if they can’t keep up with orders…waited over 30 minutes for iced coffees. Got 1/2 my order and never got the second drink because I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait any longer. Manager was nice and gave me gift cards to cover my order so I really appreciate that. But yeah order ahead needs to be turned off in these situations and I’m sure Starbucks corporate probably discourages that but they should definitely support their employees and stop working them to death. It just makes the customer and employee stressed and unhappy!

40 min for a Caramel Macchiato! Went inside for my coffee one employees making drinks while the red head manager sat reading at her computer. Other Employees walking around while the one employee hustled to make drinks. I honestly can't take this place any longer! Worst Starbucks in Santa Fe! Manager sucks has horrible attitude and does absolutely nothing to help her crew! I don't know how this Starbucks has stayed alive, maybe because it's their training site. Save your time do not go here! Please Starbucks get a new manager! ?

I come here a lot since it’s so close to my office but today I ordered a pistachio latte 15 minutes before I arrived. I waited an additional 20 minutes after getting to the store to receive a totally plain unsweetened latte. I tried to call but there’s no answer at the store

This is a pretty good Starbucks, they make your drinks promptly, and the drive through is nice but if you go in there is hardly a wait time.
