“This is an indoor ,outdoor brewery. They had a live band playing outside when I arrived . They were very good. Crowd was perfect. Not to Crowded to where you had to squeeze through everyone. I had the watermelon cider (#8), I do recommend!“

“My mom and I found this jewel while traveling through Roswell. Great central location with plenty of public parking across the street. This restaurant has a very welcoming hometown atmosphere. Our waitress was very kind and answered all our questions. The star of the show was the amazing fajitas!! I dare say these are some of the best I have ever had. The flavor was out of this world! My mom is a pretty picky eater but she ate every bite of her stuffed sopaipilla. The chips and salsa were delicious as well. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Roswell.“

“Last weekend, I made a reservation for 17 people. I was told they would put us in the bistro room, because our party was so big. I assumed it was going to be separate tables in the room. When we arrived a BEAUTIFUL long table for 17 was fully set for our party. The staff went above and beyond. They didn’t even know it was for a surprise birthday, but they made it extra special and the service was Amazing!“

Best salsa and green chile. Truly appreciated the Granddaughter taking the time to tell us her Grandfather owned the place and how the family worked there together. “I had the Super Big Breakfast Burrito with ham and green chillies. I like sloppy burritos, but I like clean looking ones even more. When I opened this one, the eggs looked so good and clean, and the other items in it were very fresh. It was not greasy at all. I added the roasted salsa and the green salsa to it and it was soooo gooood!!! My friend got hers with asada meat and she keeps talking about how great her burrito was, too.“

“One of my favorite restaurants! I am not a “rib person,” but I gladly drive the hour and a half it takes to get to Roswell to have these meaty, perfectly smoked, tender ribs. GLADLY. Roswell, NM’s Rib Crib is a destination. You won’t be sorry you chose to have lunch or dinner there.“

“Server was very polite but seemed to be the only server, she asked her manager, Chris for help to which he walked away with her following him saying she needed help. She was overwhelmed but very polite and professional. A blonde girl came out with a cart and started cleaning tables and helping the girl, the manager came out of the back with another cart and saw the girl cleaning tables and asked our server why she was on the floor, the manager went to the girl and told her something and she walked away to the other side of the restaurant. I'm not sure why our server had to ask another girl, (whom I'm pretty sure worked at a restaurant because she was cleaning the tables like she knew what she was doing) instead of the manager just helping her instead of going to the back and not helping her“

“I came in early asking for Shrimp Cocktail. I was not disappointed. The dish was a cool, refreshing mix of shrimp, avocado cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, spices and tomato juice. Lime, pico de gayo, and onion were served on the side. No carbs, No suger. This was perfect for a hot day.
The young ladies that helped me were kind and patient.“
