The only thing wrong is they need to order more Pepe loco that seems to be most popular and is always out other than that great service
Best pizza in town! Great atmosphere. Great beer selection. 10/10
We went for the first time last night and it was fantastic! The pizza was amazing and the service was top notch! Great variety of NM beers and wine/drink options. Highly recommend and will definitely be frequenting The Saucer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Saucer is a great bar and pizza joint, a hidden gem in Roswell, New Mexico. The pizza is great, with a regular cheese pizza being very good, crispy but not too crispy like a cracker. The salad is a decent size and great to share. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in a big city, with a fun atmosphere and a great selection of local beers and local New Mexico Micro beer. Service is amazing, with friendly service. The limited menu is well done and delicious. This is a must try spot for anyone traveling through Roswell.
