“My teen is a picky eater, Challenged him to try “The Kitchen Sink” Humored me & were both pleasantly surprised, Discovered liking about 10 new ingredients! It was such a delight he kept talking about it all day long and is looking forward to sharing the experience with his circle. Friendly atmosphere, Other customers seemed very happy to be there as well, The place was busy but service was attentive, I recommend :)“

“Really enjoyed our steaks last night. We ordered the filet and the tenderloin medallions and both were cooked perfectly and flavorful. My husband said it was the most tender filet he’s ever had. Our service was great and our server, Shayla was kind and friendly. The staff were super attentive to clearing our plates, filling drinks and checking in on us. We definitely recommend stopping by here!“

“We visited for breakfast about a week ago and wished we'd stopped by earlier so we had time to go again before heading home! The Hondo Chile Relleno omelette was just perfect - fluffy eggs, delicious green chile, cheese, all topped with a green chile sauce I'd buy by the gallon if that was an option! Served with choice of bread (I chose a biscuit) and crispy rosemary potatoes to soak up the extra sauce. Service was fast and friendly! Can't wait to visit again the next time we're in town.“

“Grill Caliente does have the best Chile relleno I’ve ever had. I 100% agree with Marylou. It is breaded just how I like my rellenos, crispy. I also ordered the stuffed avocados. They were delicious as well. I highly recommended Grill Caliente. Great service and not too pricey.“

“We had a lot of great food while we were vacationing in Ruidoso, but this was my personal favorite. We started with a couple of lobster cakes that were delicious. The sauce that came with them was very tasty. My entre was a spicy shrimp over pasta dish. It was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend! Oh, and our waiter was extremely attentive and knowledgeable...and dressed very professionally. It was definitely out of place to see the female servers wearing cut off shorts ?♀️“

“I had the chili wontons which were absolutely to die for Delicious! And I followed with the mixed fajitas. A serving so large, I took half of it home. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
