Hostess was absolutely rude and annoyed even though no one was there at 3pm. Complained she had to clean tables and it would take her 20 mins. Continued to tell a server omg why can’t people make reservations Tables were full of dirty plates, even though she said she had a lot of reservations coming in.
Huge holiday disappointment. Charged 7 people in my party full price for incomplete meals and poor customer service.
I had spoken with The Ranchers restaurant for several weeks prior to Thanksgiving 2025, setting up a reservation for a party of 12, and I even provided editing feedback on their menu graphic.
The restaurant gave me the time slot for 2:30pm.

The food was amazing! Edward, our waiter was awesome! The owner himself came in and sat next to us, then provided us dessert at his expense, we do plan to come back.
