The Rio Grande Lounge is located within the Hyatt Regency Tamaya and is a beautiful place to sit inside or especially outside and have some dinner or drinks. The food and service was fantastic everyday that we visited during our trip and on the weekends there was live music. It's really a great establishment located right within the hotel, highly recommended!
It's a lounge that can get busy both inside and out. I preferred eating here than Santa Ana Cafe. The food is better even though they have a small menu. They have a full bar and busy at night. Staff is friendly and accommodating....always checking on us.Ahi salad was a surprise and soooo ono (delish)! I'm not sure the reason this place is so under-rated. Perhaps our experience was also greatly improved by our server. Levei was a great server; attentive and provided honest food suggestions. They were extremely attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. Based on recommendations, we ordered crab and chile fundido and pork belly quesadilla.
