I had the meat tasting menu and my girlfriend had the seafood tssting menu with sake pairings. A complete fantastic culinary experience. Diverse Asian flavors focusing on Vietnam. In total we tried ten dishes and all were keepers. Delicate flavors and textures. Top five meals of all time. The service was friendly and impeccably executed. Go there.
Excellent food & delicious menu. Loved the service including having the chef bring some of the dishes. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and ended with chef's special sorbet for our anniversary, which made it super special! Thank you!
We had a 5 star experience at Alkemē. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. We got 2 tasting menu's and the flavors were fantastic. Best dining experience in Santa Fe.
