We visited Santa Fe last week and we found the Indian palace and we tried their buffet menu. They have 4 vegetarian Subjis, rice, rice pudding, samosa, mango custard, and naan. Food taste is so good. As specially naan is so soft. Recommend to visit this place.
We had eaten there before the Covid downtime and before the new ownership, and always thought that it was good food, but nothing out of the ordinary. (Some of the older reviews date back to those days). Last night we had a fabulous meal there. Everything, from the menu selection to the service, from the decor to the food was impeccable. And we noticed that the lunch buffet is under twenty bucks! As Arnold said so eloquently "We'll be back".

We had a long wait for a table at Pasquale so we wandered around the corner and found India Palace. We're so glad we went in! The lunch buffet was delicious and Furba the host was friendly and attentive. Excellent home cooked food, everything fresh and perfectly spiced. Highly recommended.
