“Don’t know these guys at all except grew up on East Coast in New Bedford Massachusetts (largest fishing port in US) working on fishing boats and lumping (unloading) tuna so know seafood and know tuna. With that said had the tuna steak at Sazon for dinner and was off the hook, crazy good and hats off to this supplier because can’t get fresher or better even on the coast! Thanks for crushing my skepticism that I could get great tuna inland and you made my dinner great.“

He never came to our table with refills, no garlic bread. Out order was mixed up. “Tried Catch Santa Fe for the first time yesterday. Had the Poh-Kay Tuna and the Spicy Tuna! Both were wonderful! Such a great fresh and flavorful blend. Liked the option of getting a mix of the rices. Also, got a sample taste of the Leche de Tigres sauce and will definitely be trying the Salmon bowl with that sauce next time! So glad we have this new place in Santa Fe!“

“We were not familiar with the menu as it had been nearly a decade since we had even seen a Long John Silvers restaurant, much less eaten at one. The gentleman that took our order was very patient with us and took the time to help us order exactly what we wanted. Great customer service. Our food was ready very very fast. It was being handed to us before we got our cups filled at the soda fountain machine. Surprisingly, the food was still pretty good considering that it had been precooked and was sitting in a food warming station waiting to be ordered. I would have given a 5 star review if the food had been cooked to order.

Parking: There is plenty of parking both in front of and on the side of the restaurant. Parking spaces are not covered, but they are free.“

“We recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Rio Chama. My husband and I live on the Easy Coast and had never stepped into the restaurant before our rehearsal dinner (the fun of planning a destination wedding) so we were trusting other online reviews and hoping for the best. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. The moment we stepped into Rio Chama, the vibe was amazing and everything we wanted in a dinner/welcome party venue. I cannot say enough about the the staff, the food, the drinks, and the organization of the entire evening. It was beautiful, clean, and such a nice Santa Fe aesthetic. April, their events manager, went above and beyond as our main point-of-contact. From our initial conversation, she was so helpful and prompt with responses to any questions that we had. At the very last minute, we had about 10 more guests coming to our dinner and she handled it with absolute ease (our rehearsal dinner was 70 people and welcome party with drinks was around 100). She is an absolute gem and our night would not have been the same without her. She even texted me the next day and wished us a beautiful wedding day. I highly recommend Rio Chama if you're looking for anything from a delicious Santa Fe date night, to a large gathering like a wedding rehearsal dinner.
