Don’t know these guys at all except grew up on East Coast in New Bedford Massachusetts (largest fishing port in US) working on fishing boats and lumping (unloading) tuna so know seafood and know tuna. With that said had the tuna steak at Sazon for dinner and was off the hook, crazy good and hats off to this supplier because can’t get fresher or better even on the coast! Thanks for crushing my skepticism that I could get great tuna inland and you made my dinner great.
