We got there as they opened at 2 (not realizing that they were just opening). Loved the curated vibe and had some good cocktails. Also got a 375 of their amaro (the aperitif) to experiment with cocktails at home.
An absolute jewel in the buzzy Santa Fe Railyard. Forget the margarita trail (agave isn't grown commercially for hundreds of miles), try the gin! A true taste of Northern NM terroir with pinon and sage and juniper, masterfully distilled and infused on the premises. Order the thyme drink. It is made in batches ahead of time. Why it is the same price as cocktails that are made fresh is beyond me.
