Just left this store unsatisfied after the kid on shift refused to make a Malt saying, “we’re not making shakes anymore” with a rude tone 30 minutes before closing.
Not to mention he had two friends in store giving them free ice cream.
Lost out on two sales with me and my family.
When I asked for his name he didn’t want to provide it as I will be calling the manager in hopes she can track him down.
We love this place but the service we received tonight, will definitely think twice before coming back.

Don't bother to order through their website as the store will claim they never received your order, even though I received confirmation. Food is good but it must be tough to find decent employees here in Santa Fe.

8/19/24 I went to Baskin Robbins to get ice cream and when I came in the atmosphere was so dirty, their was trash on the floor and on the tables. Also the food was so nasty because their were so much fruit flies in the ice cream.

I went in today 8/19/24 and the ice cream cabinets were left open leaving the ice cream exposed to an infestation of flies crawling in the cabinets with the food this can cause many health problems for the people consuming the ice cream this is not good food etiquette.

Paid 10 bucks for a Sundae, it was half the size of the one in the picture. The kid argued with me repeatedly when I asked him to make it how the picture looked. Only had half the ingredients in it as well. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Will never go back I got ripped off for sure.
I pulled up on a Wednesday (05/29/2024)15 minutes before they supposedly closed, and one of the staff members looked at us, runs and locks the door, and turns off the lights. As my thirst for ice cream just got edged, I am now writing. L service. Fire this man…

OK so first off I love Baskin Robin's a good close place to get ice cream for me and my niece and my sister the ice cream and atmosphere was awesome until the employee that was working today was being rude, impatient and unpolite and it didn't seem really busy either so I have no idea why she was acting up like that but I straight up had a panic attack like I understand jobs sucks it's hard but if ur having a bad day dont take it out on people you shouldnt anyways I don't want to say anything else but this location needs to tell that specific employee working today to be more polite with people and deal woth ur personal life away from work cause we did nothing wrong we told her how we felt yes but still not cool for my niece to see that or being around the rude vibe either mostly other than that ice cream was good like always.Thank you.
