OK so first off I love Baskin Robin's a good close place to get ice cream for me and my niece and my sister the ice cream and atmosphere was awesome until the employee that was working today was being rude, impatient and unpolite and it didn't seem really busy either so I have no idea why she was acting up like that but I straight up had a panic attack like I understand jobs sucks it's hard but if ur having a bad day dont take it out on people you shouldnt anyways I don't want to say anything else but this location needs to tell that specific employee working today to be more polite with people and deal woth ur personal life away from work cause we did nothing wrong we told her how we felt yes but still not cool for my niece to see that or being around the rude vibe either mostly other than that ice cream was good like always.Thank you.

While the place was not dirty, there were a half a dozen flies constantly flying around. Ordered a 3 scoop cup with a waffle cone. About to finish the cone and noticed there was a long black hair in the cone wrapper. I approached them and said: "Just to let you know I found a long black hair in the paper cone wrapper" They responded with "Ok, thanks."

I had asked for a hot fudge sundae with all toppings including caramel and hot fudge and only gave us caramel. Not to mention, the girl serving us didn't even let us pay and we stood in line for a good 5 minutes waiting for her to get back to us but she moved onto the next people.

Touching cone with bare hands after touching the tablet and the scoop spoons... to then go on to serve someone else the same way. Very disappointed. No hand washing, gloves, hairnets, or anything else to be hygienic in between serving customers. I ended up asking for a cup and throwing away the cone the girl touched... gross!

During high inflation times I want to help people and businesses when I can. I went in and left a $5 tip. The money was taken without a thank you. It makes me not want to be generous.

The hispanic girl in the counter ignored my husband who also wanted to order, and instead she asked him to move. We got our orders but my husband did not order anymore. Then when my family are about to leave my husband told her that he was not happy with them. Then the girl said “stop acting like a baby” infront of other customers. What training do you have when treating your customers!

We came 20 min before closing on graduation day and they were closed already despite us calling earlier to confirm close time. Extremely disappointing.

To be very honest, I get my fix once and sometimes twice a week. Shh don’t tell my primary care physician and ruin everything. ?I have been coming to this location since I was in grade school. I remember having my first banana split Sunday. Wow that was quite a treat! I also remember the many memories for birthdays and birthday cakes.The staff is always super friendly and they recognize me when I go in and get greeted with a smile that makes it all worth the 5 minute trip! I am truly a rocky road and Oreo cookie fan. This location is where I always go.
