“We are here at Vinaigrette in Albuquerque, NM. Fantastic place to eat!!! Our first time. We are from Sacramento, CA. We had the duck tacos, gumbo soup and the duck arugula with creamy goat cheese…super tasty!!! Love the decor, it was bright, relaxing and cheery at the same time. Our waiter, Christopher, was super!!! He was cheerful, polite, very interesting person to talk to, had some wonderful info about Old Town, and overall good guy!!! Thank you Christopher for making our dining experience lovely!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!! Beth & Emre“

“Drove all the way up from Albuquerque. Amazing food. The duck is to die for. Desserts blew our minds. Coconut ice cream and kiwi sorbet are on another level. Wine bottle prices are very reasonable. I was in St Helena last week. This place goes head to head with those restaurants. Props to Chef Jose. The man is a genius“
