Bistros in Santa Fe

“Our group of 6 dined in the bar area and had a wonderful time. Our waiter was a little distracted by a rather full dining room that had not been anticipated, so service is typically a little speedier. Still, no problem for us as we were enjoying our evening with friends. On the food side, we shared 3 excellent appetizers and then each had a main course. The ravioli dish was especially good offering multiple flavors in one mouthful. A special touch was the arrival of the chef to enquire as to our evening. He was charming and very personable. We will definitely return.“

“We are here at Vinaigrette in Albuquerque, NM. Fantastic place to eat!!! Our first time. We are from Sacramento, CA. We had the duck tacos, gumbo soup and the duck arugula with creamy goat cheese…super tasty!!! Love the decor, it was bright, relaxing and cheery at the same time. Our waiter, Christopher, was super!!! He was cheerful, polite, very interesting person to talk to, had some wonderful info about Old Town, and overall good guy!!!
