Kona Coffee was delicious but I noticed this location either undercooks their boba or over cooks it. It’s always tough to chew through. The Albuquerque locations always cook it just right and they have that nice boba texture.
I'm only giving 3 because of the drinks. I ordered 2 drinks and asked the kid with the mushroom haircut for a drink carrier, and he huffed and nearly threw it at me. Sorry but this employee needs to learn basic customer service. If it wasn't for his rude attitude, I'd rate 5 stars . do better

I come here almost daily and they always provide me exceptional service. It's not only their delicious coffee ☕☕☕ that keeps me coming back it's always being treated the utmost kindness and care the coffee drinks are delicious perfectly made and you get a lot for your money both the quality and quantity are unmatched!
Also all of the baristas deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to excellence.
