Fantastic pastries and bread. The frangipane is astounding. The cherry poppy loaf was a favorite and we took a boule with us for dinner. Visit Pivot coffee in the same space for an excellent cappuccino.

My favorite bakery! I have tried almost everything and it’s all incredibly phenomenal. Not a day goes by where I am not tempted to go there for a ham sandwich or brownie. Everything is fresh and made with great attention to detail. The dough is fermented so it’s more digestible. The atmosphere lends to friendliness and community. Bread shop , I adore you ❤️

Incredible, outstanding, OMG pick your superlative! As good or better than any bread I've had in Paris. Honestly, this is what artisanal and craft work is all about. Their love of making exquisite breads is almost palpable in the breads themselves and in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I almost hesitate to rave about them because it's a small space and I'd hate to see them overwhelmed. But this place is a keeper -- do yourself a favor and stop in. To the owners and staff, all I can say is thank you for existing and thank you for doing what you're doing. What an incredibly positive experience you added to my day!

Best bakery in town. Standouts are the sesame mini baguette, focaccias, and baguette, and sandwiches. Their other baked goods are great as well.

Havin' a bad day? Life got you all stressed out? Go to the Bread Shop.
As we know, bread and water alone can sustain life and you can't get better bread in Santa Fe than here. The granola is also excellent.
You'll come for the bread, and you should, but you might just stick around a bit for the tranquility. The atmosphere here is as nurturing as the bread.

One of my absolute favorite spots in all of Santa Fe! Great sandwiches, focaccia, pastries, coffee, nice place to sit in back, and perfect mini-market for picnic items and specialty goods. They sell Mama Lils peppers which are my absolute favorites, among other goodies.
