Amazing change of pace in Santa Fe food scene. There isn’t much Asian cuisine in the desert so we were stoked to find this tiny Japanese spot. The yellowtail was super fresh and we were dying for rice (for some reason the rice had a bit too much water but it still hit the spot). The onigiri were huge and enjoyable. The place has limited inside seating but people were enjoying the beautiful spring weather at outside seating.
I used it for lunch. The hamachi bowl was flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere was very nice, and the staff at the restaurant were very fluent in Japanese, so it was possible to order in Japanese as well. I could feel the love for Japan in the souvenir lineup.I still want to use it.

This is my family's favorite restaurant in town. We try to eat here once a week! Really delicious Japanese food. I usually get the salmon bento, and it's ruined me for any other salmon. Tiny place, friendly, laid back atmosphere.
