I absolutely loved everything about Casa Chimayo. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and charming. We were immediately welcomed in. And, the food was out of this world delicious!! We both had the rellenos and they were so flavorful!! Absolutely going back!!
Best Valentines 💝 day Restaurant to go great for special occasions! The service was excellent! The food had me reminiscing in my Grandma's cooking.. The drinks tasteful Margitias 🍸 were so delicious 😋and different. Thank you! We will be back!!
As longtime Santa Feans, this is one of our favorite restaurants. You know you’re in a family-owned restaurant from the moment you enter. The physical spaces are authentic & charming, the service is always excellent and the food is wonderful. We dined there last night with great friends and all was exactly as expected…. Superb! We love to support the owners, who make sure all feel welcomed and satisfied. We’ll be back again soon.
