Amazing staff, great wine!
What a find! We stopped at VARA for wine, cocktails and small plates and ended up having one of our favorite evenings in Santa Fe.
The drinks were excellent, but the tapas were the real surprise. Everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared, interesting and genuinely delicious. This is not a place where the food is simply something to accompany the wine—the kitchen is doing something special.
