Dinner at Agave was a pleasure! (I don't understand the poor reviews unless a new chef has been brought in.) it was a snowy night and our seats by the wood fire was welcome. The restaurant was open, inviting, comfortable and QUIET! (I wear hearing aids, so the quiet was VERY welcome; I didn't have to strain to hear our table conversation.) This is for Bar lounge, not restaurant seating. The bar lounge has been hit or miss over the years. They brought back the full happy hour menu again (after chopping it down for a bit) and Will and Eli are much improved in the staffing. I think problems before we’re mostly because it was different bartender and servers every time, usually grumpy ones. Just need to keep the good ones. Great space and I love Heritage properties in general.
